Strength & Conditioning

We are extremely excited to announce we have partnered with N1 Motion based out of Brooklyn Park.

N1 Motion has developed a program specifically tailored for Volleyball athletes and will be on-sight to lead our athletes through an intensive strength and conditioning program throughout the season.

 

**On days that Strength and Conditioning are scheduled ALL teams will practice at CIHS**

 

The following days are designated strength and conditioning days:

August 14, 25 & 28: 3:30-5:30

September 8, 16, 19 & 22: 3:30-5:30

October 7 & 13: 3:30-5:30

October 15 & 20: 4:30-5:30 (Varsity Only)

Designated individual team strength & conditioning times for above dates are as follows:

9th Grade: 3:30-4:00

B-Squad: 4:00-4:30

Junior Varsity: 4:30-5:00

Varsity: 5:00-5:30 (October 15 & 20: 4:30-5:30)

**Days and times are subject to change. If there is a day and/or time change it will be communicated to all teams in advance**

N1 Motion strength and conditioning days are specified with a "S & C" on the calendar.

On these days all teams will be practicing at the high school.
